1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must meet our “Original Condition” requirements:

Items must not be worn or washed and must be free from any scents such as perfume, deodorant, or detergent

💄 No Stains or Marks
Items must be clean and free from makeup, self-tan, or any visible marks

🏷️ Tags Intact
All original Lunapetals tags must remain attached

📦 Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance purposes, the following items are not eligible for return:

🏷️ Final Sale Items
Products marked as “FINAL SALE” or purchased from sale/clearance collections

🧼 Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Including intimates, bodysuits, and accessories such as jewelry

Our business address is not a return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Returns are processed within 10–14 business days after arrival
Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account

5. Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

6. Delivery Responsibility

📦 Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may not be accepted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos for verification

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Policy Protection

To ensure fairness:

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined
Excessive returns or suspicious activity may result in limitations on future returns
