2. Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 8–18 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to:

📍 We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid residential or business address is required.


5. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 USD
  • Standard Shipping: $10 USD (orders under $60)
  • Expedited Shipping: $20 USD

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.


6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours
  • Updates may be delayed during peak shipping periods

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates using the provided link.


7. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It is handled by third-party shipping carriers
  • Delivery timelines are outside our direct control

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Monitoring delivery status
  • Contacting the carrier for delivery-related issues

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lunapetals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Keep all packaging materials
  • File a claim directly with the carrier

9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund
  • We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information
